The breakfast is sensational, served with a luxurious treat and lovely view. the location is excellent, next to Swanage restaurants, pubs, seafront, beach, and theatre. - the staff are amicable and excellent, ensuring the place is kept overall clean.

The morning meal was very good and delicious with a luxurious treat. The location was magnificent and good, within a close distance from a 19th - century pier. And we were close to local pubs...

We had a great 2-day stay at a clean hotel with a perfect location near the sea and a peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and absolutely spotless. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was in a central setting very close to the centre of Swanage. the ambience felt really quiet. the service was excellent!
